Sedation anesthesia was administered, and additional markings for the surgical site were designed.

After local anesthesia, a slit incision was made and tumescent injections were administered (both).

After performing the slit incisions, bilateral liposuction was performed. The right side had a larger fat compartment than the left, so more fat was removed.

Subsequently, incisions were made according to the design. Skin flap elevation was performed while preserving the deep fascia.

After completing dissection and controlling bleeding, excess skin was excised by pulling with mild tension.

PDS-2, PDS-4 deep tissue, dermis suture, and Nylon 5 skin suture were used.
